What is wishmaster ? Tuesday, Sep 25 2007

Wew, finally I would like to share you what my blog title means, “Wishmaster the insipiration”. What is wishmaster which is could inspire me ? Actually “Wishmaster” is my senior high-school group band. We are 6 people, 1 manager, 2 roadies. The teams are Firman “the Otto” as a drummer, Edwin “the Rivers”, Znal “the borland”, Yudha “the Delson”, Ramdhan “the Durst”, Rizq “the Chester” (he also called “the beef ass face”). Mr. Eris as manager and then was replaced by Dicky, and then was replaced by Ariyanti. Teja And Febi as ours roadies :p.
We were really idolized Linkin Park at that time. Do you remember “Crawling” ? Yeah, that song was the first song that we sang in the studio. Rizq’s face was redden and redden when he was screaming, so that we called him “the beef ass face”. His screaming was so good. We played both LP’s and Limp Bizkit’s hit songs. We’ve ever invited by CLear top 10 at Kesatuan Bogor. That’s the best thing that I couldn’t forget.

So now, why it’s inspiring me ? The answer is, I don’t know . Actually, If we consistence and didn’t get cooky, maybe we could be like “Saint Loco”. In the first time we performed, we got the manager who want assigned us and gave us some jobs. What a coincidence ? First salary we’ve got was 200rb for 10 songs at Clear Top 10 goes to campus event. Then, we started to famous in Bogor. But, some of the teams felt really “wishmaster”, we got cooky (but it didn’t happen with me and ones of my team). We were annoyed, and I felt uncomfortable at that time. Then I quit.

Even I felt bad when I quit, but so much memories in ours effort of long and winding roads to be popular. So, maybe that’s the reason why wishmaster is inspiring me much. I’m learning not to get cooky either up or down. Well, how are you guys ? I’m loosing you.

Supernatural Tuesday, Sep 25 2007

Yay, the latest episode I saw, it was ridiculous. I’m still unclear what creature janitor was. When Dean stubbed the janitor, I was thinking he has dead. But he’s illusion, he disappeared while the janitor came to auditorium. Hmmm..The misery also looks ridiculous. From the dancing alien, alligator in ditch, it was the most ridiculous episode that I’ve ever seen.

If you don’t know what supernatural is, I’ll tell you some. It’s kind of a ghost movie but little bit realistic. The story begins from the little Sammy which was visited by yellow-eyed demon. Then his mother came into Sammy because she heard kind of uproar in Sammy’s bed. Then the demon used his power to torture his mother and burned it.

After that, his father do some revenges and track where the demon was located. His stuff was helped by his sons, Dean and Sammy. Many of urban legends were found here while on the road of looking their father and the yellow-eyed demon. Some vengeance spirit, cannibal, creatures, etc. In the end, it was knew that Sammy has special power, has a visions, premonition of an incident from a dream.In fact, there’s not just Sammy, there’s others with the same behavior of their mother. There’s a telekinetic boy, warm-hand boy, mind-control boy, etc. The yellow-eyed demon has a purpose to make a war, and the specials are his soldiers. So, what next ? I don’t know either, can’t hardly wait to see the next episode.

Maybe some of you have already known what Numb3rs movie it is. Yes, it’s some kind of serial movie in cable TV. Serial movie I mean is not like cinta fitri or cinderela or candy or something like that. The idea is fresh. Have you ever think solve the crime misery by using mathematical calculation ? Numb3rs don’t lie, and everything is numbers

First episode is about solving the serial rapes crime.  He could identify where the raper leaves. Actually I don’t remember what the formula is, but I remember that he was using some kind of limit, integral, and uncountable series formula. He’s also using a parabolic equation as his formula. How could it be ?

From the sample data, he would identify where the raper leaves. He imagined that victim is like a drop water from automatically park drop and the raper is the shower. Maybe he was using statistical method to get the trusty value.

I have ordered 3 session in a row, I’ll watch it after I finish supernatural session 2. I’m curious the future of sammy, how he’s going to be ? In the demon side or not.  Yay, it’s better than cinta fitri.

Special Eleven. Maybe that I’d like to call not ocean’s eleven buat special eleven.

why it’s special ? let’s take a look..

11^0 = 1

11^1 = 1 1

11^2 = 1 2 1

11^3 = 1 3 3 1

I could through it down without put any calculator. Could you imagine ? Let’s see the pattern.

11^0 is 1. To identify how much 11^1, first we could call 1 as 01, couldn’t we ? then I put 0 in the front of next string and 1 in the back of next string. The string will be 0 … 1. Then, I add 0 with 1 to fill in the middle of string. So the string will be 0 1 1. I may remove the 0 character now, because I have 2 characters now.

The same way for identifying 11^2, Ill show you the pattern once again.

11 –> I put 1 in the front of next string and in the back of next string. The next string will be 1 … 1.Then, I add 1 with 1 to fill in the middle of string. So the string will be 121. Is it true ? (Like ones of comedian ever said, Kiwil: “mbetul?”) You could put your calculator to check it.

With the same pattern, I could guess how much 11^3 and 11^4 without taking any calculator. The answers are 1331 and 14641, isn’t it ? (Kiwil: “Mbetul?”)

If you have understood with the pattern, be carefull with 11^5, because there’s an extra to do with 10.If we see the pattern, 11^5 will be 1 5 ………. 5 1. The middle of the string will be calculated as below.

(1 5 ….. 5 1), 4 + 6 = 10, we put 0 in the middle of the string, and add 1 with the left of the next put character (5). The string will be 1 6 0 ….. 5 1). Then I add 6 + 4 (= 10). I put the 0 in the next put character ( 1 6 0 0 5 1 ), the same way as before, I add 1 with the left of the next put character (0), then the string will be ( 1 6 1 0 5 1), gotcha…..I was very glad when I was finding it :p.

Maybe this one has ever been taught by my lecturers, but I guess I was sleepy or stared at another better view :p or picked my earphone and listened some Benigno Aquino’s great “dut” songs.
